SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES:
We do not have International shipping set up on our website as the price varies greatly by package weight and size. If you are located in another Country and would like to place an order, please email us with the items you are interested in and we would be happy to give you a shipping quote.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:
It is our goal to ship our orders the following day that they are placed. Items from our vendors are usually pulled, packed, and ready to be shipped within 1-3 days. After the package is placed with the shipping carrier it will take 1-4 business days to receive your package depending on where you are located.
SEPARATE SHIPPING PACKAGES:
Some orders with more than one item may be processed and shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items you may receive them in one shipment or multiple shipments. If this occurs we will send you an email with a tracking number for each item as they are shipped out.
CHECKING ORDER STATUS:
To check the status of an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the date the order was placed. Your order number can be found on the top of your packing slip following the word SPARKLE.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
We will accept returns within 10 days of you receiving your item. The item must be mailed back to us and in our possession by the 10th day from receiving your item. To return an item(s) you must first obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our company. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ANY ITEMS WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING AN RMA #, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN WITHOUT ONE.
To obtain an RMA# please either call or email us at email@example.com and mention your order number, date order was placed, item you wish to return, item number, and reason for return. We will provide you with the RMA# and you can then mail the item(s) back to us with the RMA# on the box at:

The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Certain items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee unless damaged. If this is the case you will be notified of this fee when receiving the RMA#.
After we have received your item within the 10 days required, you will be notified that we are processing your refund. Your money will be refunded to you with the same method of payment you used less the original shipping fee.
Engraved or personalized items are non-returnable.
